Meal: Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken breasts
Garlic
Onion
Chicken broth (1 can)
2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil (optional: garlic infused oil)
Salt
Pepper
Optional: garlic powder or garlic salt
Instructions
1. Debone your chicken breasts.
2. Chop up desired amount of garlic and onions.
3. Pan fry the chicken on high for 10-15 minutes.
3. Add oil, garlic, onions, salt, and pepper.
4. Continue to cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
5. Add half a can of chicken broth, stir, and let simmer for another 10 minutes. (Continue to add flavoring ingredients as needed.)
6. Served best on rice.
