1. Bake something

Baking can be a fantastic way to take your mind off studying and put your energy into something creative! Baking during the exam period is also a wonderful opportunity to experiment or try a new recipe that you’ve been meaning to put to the test.

2. Go to the mall

Spending an hour or two at a local mall with friends is also another way to take a break from exam studying. The bright lights, colourful clothes and interesting stores can all help you temporarily put your worries on hold and simply enjoy the moment.

3. Get some exercise

Going to the gym, or jogging, walking, swimming and hiking are all great opportunities to get out of your home or the library and have a change of scenery.

4. Have a nap

Catching a few extra minutes of shut-eye is always good.
