Meal-Prep Mondays

How is that spring break body coming along? Did you know that Mondays are statistically shown to be the best day of the week to establish a habit and stick to it? Get those groceries, designate a part of your day to cook once for the week, and voila, you’re all set! I don’t think there’s anything better than having prepared meals ready at your fingertips for a week or more, and it’s likely you won’t make that late-night pizza run with food ready for you in your fridge.
