If you’re like me, you’re a bit of a foodie with a love for exercise but also with balanced eating habits. Don’t get me wrong, I’m capable of an indulgence (or three) but with an upcoming holiday that is solidified off of food and napping, I’d like to get a hearty meal without being bloated for the next couple of days. Thankfully there are ways of fitting in your classic Thanksgiving Day staples without the obscene calorie count. By swapping simple ingredients and sticking within manageable proportions here are 10 recipes that’ll make you feel full but not stuffed this Thanksgiving. Enjoy!
