1. Get your vitamin C

Help boost your immune system by drinking a smoothie made with fruits that are full of Vitamin C. Just cut up the fruits, add yogurt, and blend it!

2. Take a bath and relax

Instead of reaching for the bottle of bubble bath soap, try using a mixture of Epsom salts and essential oils such as lavender, which is very soothing and calming.

3. Find something to do while you’re resting in bed or on the couch

I’m not one to pick up a book and read all day, however binge watching tv all day can also get boring for me. Drawing is the perfect solution for that! Drawing mandalas and zentangles are easy even if you’re not artistic, it’s just shapes and patterns that look detailed.

4. Feeling chilly? Grab your cozy blanket, put on a movie, and eat some warm soup

The best part about chicken noodle soup is that you can just put all the ingredients in the pot and cook it, less work when you’re not feeling well. A lot of grocery stores sell already chopped veggies and you can just grab a rotisserie chicken while you’re there.
