Staying inside these days has made my skin go crazy and I can definitely tell that the stress of the media in these uncertain times has led me to not properly taking care of my skin. It’s important that during these moments when we’re at home, we take care of ourselves. That can be by focusing on your mental health and taking social media breaks (which I do very often), you can also take care of your physical health by trying at-home workouts and opting for healthy meals during a stressful time, or you can pamper yourself from the outside in by taking care of your skin and showing it some much-deserved love.
