Are you ever too tired or just don’t have time to go to the dining hall to grab lunch or dinner? That’s okay! You do not have to go without food or snack on chips from your dorm room. Here are a couple simple recipes that you can easily make in your dorm and have a “home cooked meal.”

  • French Toast in a Mug: this meal is perfect! You can eat this for breakfast, or have breakfast for dinner – or really any time you like! Make sure to top it off with some maple syrup or fruit!

    • Ingredients:

      • 1 tsp butter

      • 3 tsp milk

      • Cinnamon

      • Vanilla extract

      • 1 egg

      • 1 cup of bread pieces

  • Microwave Brownie: this is perfect for you are having a craving for some dessert! Also one serving of this is only around 150 calories!

    • Ingredients:

      • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

      • 2 tbsp water

      • 11 grams whole wheat flour

      • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt

      • 2 tbsp agave or other natural sweetener

      • Splash of vanilla extract

  • Omelet in a Mug: eggs are a great source of protein and by adding your veggies, you can have a complete and healthy meal!

    • Ingredients:
