Working out has truly been one of the only activities I look forward to these days, it gives me a break from sitting down all day and staring at a screen. 

Chloe Ting

 She is getting a lot of attention on my social media apps such as Instagram and Tik Tok. I love her workout plans because they are manageable to do and only take about 35-45 minutes of my time depending on the workout. She uploads everything on her Youtube channel too so we know exactly what to do. I am currently completing the 25 Day Hourglass Challenge and love every second of it.

Pop Sugar Fitness

Pop Sugar has lots of categories but I am mostly using their fitness page. I love the workouts they upload and the motivational messages. They host Instagram Live workout sessions throughout the day to keep us active. I currently enjoy doing the 20 minute HIIT workouts. Kayla Itsines

I love going to her page for quick sets and at home workouts. She focuses on the lower body, building upper body strength and has workout challenges too. Kayla’s page is great because she is very versatile. I love everything about this page. I look forward to WorkingwithLex Monday’s posts because every week she shares her weekly challenges. I do the challenges daily and her workouts that she posts. Krissy Cela

Krissy is all about toning the body and getting ourselves in shape while we are indoors. She posts constantly 15-20 minute workout sets as well as post healthy recipes. I am a huge fan of her leg challenges, and her no equipment ab workouts.
