Fall is coming in hot (especially in cinci recently) and ready. This means setting up the perfect wardrobe for the season. I’m sure you all already have your low-rise jeans, Uggs, and cardigans from the past year’s articles on what to wear. A great way to add some spice to your outfits is to accessorize. Fall accessories include belts, chunky rings, and ruffle socks. But what do these things all have in common? They cost money – money we don’t have to be spending on seasonal wardrobe pieces.
We’ve seen headbands and claw clips. From the slick backs to blowouts, there’s always a new trend circulating. But the best free accessory is your hair! Your hair is an easy way to add an extra touch to your already adorable fall outfits!
I love to get my inspiration for hair from Pinterest. I’ll always type in “cute easy hairstyles for class” or “party hair” just to see what other girls have done when they were in my situation. You can get full tutorials there or just look up pictures to recreate.
My Favorites
My personal favorite hairstyle recently has been half-up, half-down. There are all kinds, from with a claw clip or bow to slicked-back half-up half-down. There are so many variations, and the hairstyle is timeless. I love it with a little bow while wearing my cutest jean skirt and sweater. I love it with a claw clip for days when I woke up late but still wanna look pulled together for my 8 a.m. The style’s versatility is perfect for all of the amazing outfits the fall season allows for.
Another favorite style of mine will always be a good loose ponytail. It goes perfectly with day-old curls to make them look a bit neater. It’s also my personal favorite hairstyle to wear to bed; it keeps the hair out of my face and neat for the morning.
My last favorite style recently and for the fall season requires one small accessory that will cost you less than 10 dollars. Get yourself a zig-zag headband. They are absolutely perfect for days when your hair is a little greasy and just isn’t in the right mood for just wearing your hair down by itself. Push that hair back with the headband, and it’ll make the perfect accessory.
Use Your Hair
All in all, we don’t need to make fall accessories so complicated. The thing growing out of your head is the best accessory. Use it this season!
