The last few weeks of the semester are often the most mentally draining. It can be easy to fall into bad habits and mental breakdowns, which are never helpful when you’re trying to finish strong. Recently, I read a book by psychologist Amy Morin called “13 Things Mentally Strong People Don’t Do”, and I found her tips to be very empowering and motivating.
