Healthy Snacks for Your Dorm

First of all, eating healthy is not always easy when you are on the go constantly and don’t have the best options to eat at the dining hall. Here are some healthy food ideas that you can keep stocked in your dorm room for when you just do not feel like using a meal swipe.

Yogurt

Our favorite is siggi’s Icelandic style yogurt. The yogurt contains 14 grams of protein in one yogurt cup. Fueling up on protein is great when you are hitting the gym, going to class or just need something to last you until dinner time!

Skinny Dipped Dark Chocolate Espresso Almonds

Not only are you getting you gaining nutrients but the espresso adds an extra kick for your day.
