With midterm season right around the corner, we need self care more than ever right now. But today’s beauty industry has painted “self care” as expensive face masks, luxury massages, and trendy manicures. But what if we stopped making self care so inaccessible and started making it more casual and laid-back? Here are some easy ways to work self care into your daily routine!

  • Go on a walk with your pet/a friend
  • Take a bath
  • Go on a drive on a nice day with the windows down and listen to your favorite playlist
  • Paint your nails/toes
  • Go to the beach by yourself and bring a book that’s been on your “Want to Read” list
  • Rent a movie you’ve been dying to watch
  • Go to the library
  • Do an at-home workout video
