Quick Body Fixes For a Summer Body

Well, like me, I’m sure you missed the chance to have that perf bikini bod by spring break. On the bright side, it’s a great time to prepare for the summer! Here are a few simple things you can start doing without making huge sacrifices.

 

Eat Slightly better

  • Set a goal for at least 2-3 bottles of water a day
  • If you go to Starbucks daily, try to skip a few days
  • Make sure something goes in your stomach in the morning
  • Pick a fruit and fall in love with it
  • Don’t completely pig out on sweets everyday
  • Eat 3 meals a day
  • Explore with salads
  • Instead of McDonald’s, try Subway

 

Working out

  • Fast jog on the treadmill for 10 minutes
  • Do 3 sets of 10 push-ups
  • Squats with or without added weight
  • Don’t take the elevator all the time; 2 flights won’t kill you
  • Stretch your muscles
  • Do Russian Twists with added weight

 

This won’t guarantee that amazing celeb bod you’re wishing for, but it’s definitely a start! Do this at least 3 times a week and over time this will get easier. Then you can amp it up and become a gym pro! Also, looking good whole working out absolutely makes you feel good and gives you a boost of confidence.
