Hey ladies, it’s almost that time again. That’s right, Summer is just around the corner and if you’re anything like me you desperately need help getting ready.

I come from one of those states where below zero is a normal day’s temperature during the Winter. A little extra meat is a necessity to help keep you warm, like a bear during hibernation. But Winter is now long gone and it’s time to say “seeyah Pooh Bear” and hello to a new you.

Here’s 6 at home workouts that’ll help you get that summerbod in no time. The first three are at home programs you can purchase. The last three are free workouts that can be found on Youtube, they’re still effective just more wallet friendly.

1. Brazilian Butt Lift

Brazilian Butt Lift is for the girls who need more definition and shape instead of weight loss. This program will help sculpt, raise and perk up your booty while also targeting your core. The program lasts 60 days [two months] and by the end, I promise you’ll see definition in your arms, back, legs and of course your bum.
