Here’s Everything On Chipotle’s High Protein Menu

Chipotle and protein fans, it’s time to get excited! Chipotle unveiled its new High Protein Menu on Dec. 18, available to order starting Dec. 23 in the U.S. and Canada. With a new snack cup, bowl and burrito options, and more, this menu is coming just in time for the busy holiday season, whether you need to fuel yourself to get to the end of 2025 or hoping to increase protein in the new year.

Protein has been one of the biggest trends of 2025 in the wellness space, with Americans eating more protein than ever before, but getting more protein in isn’t always as simple as it sounds. It can honestly get super overwhelming, whether you’re looking for creative ways to cram a couple extra grams into a meal or understanding the most high-options on a restaurant’s menu. This is especially true for college students, who can often turn to eating fast food for a quick and cheap option.

As an answer to this, Chipotle’s High Protein Menu offers some new items and reintroduces old favorites. Plus, the brand is also promoting a special trio of additional high-protein meals, customized by well-known “superfans.”

For busy students especially, having a menu that prioritizes protein can make it easier to stay healthy and energized without having to overthink every single meal. But if you’re feeling a little overwhelmed by all the options at first glance, don’t worry! Here’s a breakdown of Chipotle’s High Protein Menu.

Here’s everything on the High Protein Menu.

The menu features six new options, with all the nutritional info readily available for anyone keeping track:

  • Double High Protein Bowl (81g protein, 11g fiber, 760 calories)
  • High Protein-High Fiber Bowl (46g protein, 14g fiber, 540 calories)
  • High Protein-Low Calorie Salad (36g protein, 10g fiber, 470 calories)
  • Double High Protein Burrito (79g protein, 6g fiber, 840 calories)
  • High Protein Cup with Adobo Chicken (32g protein, 180 calories)
  • Adobo Chicken Taco (15g protein, 190 calories)

Each item offers a different option to meet different needs. For those looking to maximize protein intake, the Double High Protein Bowl and Double High Protein Burrito offer some of the highest protein counts on the menu. If you’re aiming for something more balanced, the High Protein-High Fiber Bowl provides a more moderate option that also helps you meet your fiber intake goals as well as your protein goals. Meanwhile, the High Protein-Low Calorie Salad is a lighter, but still protein-packed choice.

What’s with the New Protein Cup?

One of the newest menu items includes a High Protein Cup, which includes 32g of protein in a snackable portion of adobo chicken, with steak also being another available option. This is Chipotle’s first-ever snackable cup, so the brand is really going all in on highlighting it as an option on its new menu.

Here’s More On Chipotle’s “Built by Superfans” Menu Items.

If none of the new options are super exciting to you, then maybe a new menu item built by your favorite athlete or creator will be. Chipotle partnered with three well known Chipotle fans to feature how they consume protein with their on-the-go schedule. These options will be available starting Jan. 5.

Basketball player Josh Hart is featuring his “high protein burrito bowl” (95g protein, 14g fiber, 1,340 calories). The burrito includes double Adobo Chicken, white rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, sour cream, and Monterey Jack cheese.

Then, Samantha Milton, known on TikTok as Smaller Sam, has her High Protein Tacos (40g protein, 6g fiber, 580 calories) feature Adobo Chicken, fajita veggies, light roasted chili-corn salsa, and sides of tomatillo-red chili salsa and sour cream.

Kylie Sakaida, also known as nutritionbykylie rounds out the lineup. Her High Protein Chicken Bowl (52g protein, 12g fiber, 690 calories) bowl includes Adobo Chicken, a mix of white and brown rice, black and pinto beans, extra fajita veggies, tomatillo green-chili salsa, Monterey Jack cheese, and romaine lettuce. Yum!
