Will Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Get Engaged? Fans Think It Could Happen Soon

Swifties! There’s an exciting update about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. Fans across the internet seem to think Kelce is preparing to propose to Swift (I know, breathe Swifties). It’s no secret that Swift and Kelce have gotten pretty serious since going public with their romance in September 2023, and their relationship has been such a joy to watch over these past few months. From being named TIME’s Person of The Year 2023 to the massive success of the Eras Tour, Swift has remained on top all of 2023. It doesn’t seem like she plans on stopping any time soon, and if we’re lucky, hopefully, a marriage proposal from Kelce himself will be the next exciting step for the singer. 

The engagement rumors aren’t entirely random. According to Page Six, Kelce asked Scott Swift (Taylor’s dad) for permission to marry his daughter. A source told the outlet Mr. Swift gave Kelce his blessing. The “insider” also claims that Swift and Kelce’s relationship is “truer to who Taylor is than any prior relationship” and that Kelce has talked to friends about engagement rings. Since there’s a probability these two will spend the holidays together, could a holiday engagement take place? It’s important to note that Kelce does have a game scheduled on Christmas Day, so keep a close eye out, Swifties, because there’s a chance the “Cruel Summer” singer could be sporting a ring on *that* finger come game day. I can feel the anticipation growing already. 

Since these rumors started to spread, fans have been taking to social media to share their thoughts on Swift and Kelce possibly getting engaged. Of course, many have begun speculating when an engagement is happening. So far, several Swifties are convinced it’ll be on Christmas or New Year’s Eve, while others think it’ll happen sometime in 2024. 

All the dads and boyfriends who have become invested in Swift and Kelce are pretty funny. I can’t lie.

So we’re all crying in the shower??? Good to know.
