Shelby Was A Villain In ‘LIB’ Season 4, But Her Reaction To Micah & Paul’s Wedding Has Twitter Cackling

Warning: Spoilers for Love Is Blind Season 4 follow. Well, besties, another season of Love Is Blind has come and went, and believe me when I say that this season had some of the wildest cast members to date. And no, I’m not talking about the people from the pods like (the dumpster fire that is) Jackie and Josh, or even angels like Kwame’s sister. I’m talking about Micah’s friend Shelby.

While Shelby wasn’t in the OG cast for the show, she’s made quite a name for herself on social media. Once Micah and her fiancé Paul entered the “real world,” the couple had to face a pretty big obstacle: meeting their friends. Whoever said that this task would be easy obviously never met Shelby, because that girl put Paul through it.

From the moment she met Paul, Shelby did not let up. In the name of “protecting Micah,” she questioned and berated Paul within minutes of meeting him. Her skepticism didn’t stop there, though. Through the remainder of the show, Shelby continued to show her disapproval of Micah and Paul’s relationship… all the way up to the altar.

At the altar, Micah dropped one of the biggest bombs of the season: flipping the script so Paul would have to answer “I do” or “I don’t” first. And, alongside gasps from the audience, we hear Shelby say to her fellow bridesmaids, “I wish I was way drunker.” While this girl may be the villain of the season, I’m going to have to agree. And so does Twitter.
