The pair first sparked romance rumors in April 2023 and recently confirmed their relationship in the most epic way possible: at a Beyoncé concert. Though they haven’t spoken publicly about their romance, fans can’t get enough of these two and their budding relationship.
In recent news, Jenner accidentally revealed a sweet Chalamet selfie as her phone’s lock screen during Milan Fashion Week, which further confirmed that these two are pretty smitten with each other. Though their relationship timeline only goes back a few months, Jenner and Chalamet had us hooked from the beginning. Now, it’s only a matter of time before the actor makes a guest appearance on The Kardashians. Now that’s an episode I can’t wait to see!
January 2023: Jenner and Chalamet reportedly meet during Paris Fashion Week.
After breaking up with on-again-off-again boyfriend Travis Scott at the end of 2022, Jenner reportedly met Chalamet at the Jean Paul Gaultier fashion show in January 2023 during Paris Couture Week, where The Kardashians star wore that controversial lion head dress that went viral. Celebrity gossip account Deuxmoi alleged that Jenner and Chalamet were spotted together at the event, but it would be a few months before romance rumors surrounding these celebrities took full effect.
April 2023: Romance rumors officially begin.
In early April, Jenner and Chalamet were spotted on a secret taco date in Santa Monica. A week later, the reality star’s Range Rover was photographed outside of the Call Me By Your Name actor’s Beverly Hills home, ultimately fueling romance rumors.
May 2023: News outlets report Jenner and Chalamet are “casually seeing each other.”
While neither Jenner nor Chalamet publicly addressed romance rumors, an insider told Entertainment Tonight the two were “casually seeing each other” and that they’ve been “trying to keep it low-key.” According to the source, the celebrities were “becoming more comfortable with each other, but Kylie wants to take things day by day and see where it goes. Her family thinks it’s great that Kylie is doing her thing and they are supportive.”
The insider added, “Timothée loves that Kylie is such a hands-on mom and a boss. He appreciates her confidence and thinks she’s incredibly beautiful.”
Aug. 28, 2023: A source reports Jenner and Chalamet’s relationship is “very casual.”
Although they kept their budding relationship out of the spotlight, Us Weekly gave fans an update on Jenner and Chalamet’s reported romance.
According to the outlet, the pair were enjoying their “very casual” dynamic despite not seeing each other often.
“Kylie and Timothée haven’t been spending that much time together recently because they both have very busy schedules. But they’re still communicating on a pretty regular basis and have remained friends despite the fact that they don’t hang out that often,” a source said. “They run in the same circle of friends, and have a great time when they’re together, but it’s not that serious. Kylie is having fun and although she’s open to seeing where things go, they’re not in a committed relationship. Things are very casual.”
Sept. 4, 2023: Chalamet and Jenner hard-launch their relationship at Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour.
Now here’s where things get juicy! After being at the center of romance rumors for months, Jenner and Chalamet finally gave fans what they wanted and went public with their romance. The two were spotted talking and laughing in the VIP section during Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour concert in Los Angeles. Fans also captured footage of the A-listers kissing and holding each other throughout the night as they watched Beyoncé perform on stage. Talk about a hard-launch!
Sept. 9: Jenner is Chalamet’s plus-one for a NYFW dinner.
Days after going public with their relationship, Jenner and Chalamet were spotted attending an event together during New York Fashion Week. The reality star accompanied the actor to a dinner in NYC celebrating Haider Ackermann’s beauty collaboration with Augustinus Bader. In a video from the dinner posted to TikTok, the couple can be seen sitting close to each other at a long table as they listen to a speech.
Sept. 10: Jenner and Chalamet can’t keep their hands (and lips) off of each other during the 2023 U.S. Open.
Now that their relationship is out in the open, Jenner and Chalamet aren’t afraid to pack on the PDA, and their attendance at the 2023 U.S. Open proved that. While watching the U.S. Open men’s finals, the couple was photographed showing a ton of affection to each other. From kissing to looking sweetly at each other, Chalament and Jenner made it perfectly clear that they are, in fact, a couple and I’m obsessed!

As she arrived at the Prada show during Milan Fashion Week on Sept. 21, Jenner was photographed walking with her phone in hand. In the photo, you can see Jenner’s phone background, which is a selfie of Chalamet giving her a kiss on the cheek. It seems like the couple has reached a new stage in their relationship and I’m so here for it!
