After months of romance rumors surrounding Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet, the A-listers finally gave fans what they’ve been waiting for by hard launching at Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour show in Los Angeles on Sept. 4. The two were spotted kissing and cozying up together while attending the star-studded concert — *finally* confirming that they are, indeed, a couple. Fans captured footage of Jenner and Chalamet at the concert and the videos are a lot.
In one video, the two are seen talking and laughing in the VIP section with Kylie’s sister, Kendall, and a few other celebrities, including Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Justine Skye, and more. In footage shared to social media by TMZ, Jenner and Chalamet were packing on the PDA as they watched Beyoncé perform. Though Jenner and Chalamet were surrounded by plenty of other A-listers, they seemed to only have eyes for each other. Not only were they having a great time while holding one another close, the pair was also seen kissing throughout the night — officially going public with their romance. While Beyoncé’s concert marked Jenner and Chalamet’s first public outing together as an official couple, the two have been linked since April 2023, when romance rumors first began to swirl.
Jenner and Chalamet reportedly met during Paris Fashion Week, where The Kardashians star made headlines for wearing a controversial lion head dress. The two were spotted hanging out a few times after Paris Fashion Week. On April 7, the Daily Mail reported fans spotted the couple on a secret taco date in Santa Monica. A few days later, Jenner’s car was spotted in Chalamet’s driveway on April 13. But despite these public outings, a romance between Jenner and Chalamet was never officially confirmed.
“Kylie has only hung out with Timothée a couple of times, so things aren’t that serious. However, she’s enjoying getting to know him better and is open to seeing where things go,” a source told Us Weekly in April 2023. “Things are very new so it’s hard to tell, but so far she likes what she sees.”
Jenner’s romance with Wonka actor marks her first public relationship since she called it quits from on-again-off-again boyfriend Travis Scott. Jenner and Scott — who share two children together — began dating in 2017 and were on and off until late 2022. In January 2023, sources confirmed Jenner and Scott went their separate ways for good. At the time of their split, Us Weekly reported that the pair were still good friends and planned to continue co-parenting their children together.
“Kylie and Travis are off again, they were supposed to spend the holidays together, but she went to Aspen to be with her family and friends up there,” the insider said. “This has happened so many times before, they’re known to be on again off again, but always remain friends and great coparents.”
Now that Jenner and Chalamet are officially an item, I’ll be interested to see if they publicly address their romance. If that doesn’t happen, maybe Timothée will make a guest appearance on The Kardashians. Either way, I’m so happy for Kylie and Timothée and their blossoming connection!
