Alix Earle Has Big Plans Now That She’s Graduated College

Alix Earle is officially a University of Miami graduate! The 22-year-old TikToker — who gained popularity on the app last year, thanks in part to her viral Get Ready With Me videos — walked across the stage to get her diploma on May 13. Since she’s known for posting videos about her life and experiences at The U, while living on campus with a group of her close friends, it’s only right that fans are wondering what Alix Earle will do after college.

Earle has been open about her love for the University of Miami, the campus, and of course, the city’s nightlife. One scroll through her TikTok feed shows her getting ready for class, day in the life videos of her doing assignments, and having backyard parties with her friends. Now that she’s done with school, what are her plans?

Well, one things for sure — she’s not going far. In a conversation with Howard Stern on The Howard Stern Show back on May 2, she said, “[My roommates] are going to New York, and then one of the girls who’s staying with me,” she said, “we just signed our lease in Miami, so we’ll be staying. I’m really excited!” Earle posted a TikTok on April 30 showing a snippet of her Miami apartment with one of her current roommates, Kristin Konefal.

As for a career, Earle is a full-blown TikTok influencer now, attending events and press trips like the infamous Tarte trip to Dubai, and the brand’s more recent excursions to Turks and Caicos and the F1 Grand Prix in Miami. However, she definitely doesn’t have her future all figured out. “I’m having an identity crisis! No more college? What am I gonna do?” she told Stern. “And then I was like, well, that is something that so many people deal with after graduation, is the unknown.”

Now that she’s out of school, Earle has one of the biggest platforms she can use to document what comes next. But Earle’s also got her sights set on something bigger. “I really want to start something of my own. That’s the goal,” she told Stern. When Stern asked her what she wanted to start, she said, “I can’t tell you yet … I don’t even know, actually,” with a laugh.

While Earle’s plans after college may not include the traditional 9-to-5 job, you can bet she’ll keep fans updated on TikTok with everything from her new living situation in Miami to whatever it is she starts for herself. I, for one, will be keeping up with her every step of the way.
