Samantha Neuwirth is currently a staff writer for Her Campus at the Florida State chapter. She publishes articles biweekly about ongoing culture, the campus at FSU, and more. She is excited to begin her Her Campus journey and connect through writing articles.
Before Her Campus, Samantha Neuwirth was yearbook editor for 4 years at St. Petersburg High School. She was the copy editor and oversaw writing for the whole book while also being the academics editor and specializing in academics pages. Through yearbook, she has had her work published by the Walsworth Publishing Company in the “Possibilities” book series, a way for other schools to take inspiration from previous spreads. She has worked on books that have been recognized by both the Columbia Scholastic Press Association and the National Scholastic Press Association and won gold. Samantha also did a weeklong intensive job where she took journalism classes at Columbia in New York City in the spring of 2026.
When she is not writing, Samantha enjoys reading, specifically a good romance or fantasy novel. She loves baking and hanging out with her friends. Strangely enough, she can also recite the whole script of the 1998 Parent Trap on command, which she personally says is “some of Lindsay Lohan’s best work.”
