Hello Everyone!
My name is Layla Wheatherby and I am currently a junior at Bowie State University. My major is Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and I would love to make change happen. However big or small, I love to make a difference in someone's life. Whether it's donating food or spending time at my local animal shelter, making an impact changes your whole perspective on life.
I recently graduated high school in 2024 and I had the honor of completing 21 college credits throughout my junior and senior year. I was able to participate at Prince George's Community College and it truly opened my world to new career pathways, opportunities, and possibilities. I plan to utilize my degree for multidisciplinary careers and fields ranging from Hospitality to Human Resources. My educational path enables to focus on my goals and make a significant impact in my school community and my industry. Happy to see where my new position guides me!
