Jess Davidson is a writer for the Her Campus Glasgow chapter. She loves writing about a variety of topics, ranging from concert reviews and top tips for neurodivergent students to analysing her favourite musicals.
Jess has just begun her second year of an Ancient History degree at the University of Glasgow. She is loving it and feels so privileged to be able to study her passion while also cultivating her writing skills. Her Campus is Jess’s first time writing for a magazine, and she couldn’t be more excited to be part of the team and share her writing with others.
In her spare time, Jess loves reading fantasy and historical fiction. She also loves musicals and is forever trying to plan her next theatre trip. Jess is part of the university’s wild swimming society and really enjoys spending some of her time in freezing lochs, rivers and the sea. Another favourite pastime of hers is playing board and card games. An ideal evening for Jess would be a cosy couple of hours spent playing whatever games are available with her friends, followed by a cup of tea and some great conversation.
Jess has Autism, which comes with its challenges but also shapes the unique perspective she brings to her writing.
