Jasmine Brockington is a senior at Hampton University majoring in Journalism with a minor in Film Studies. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, she is passionate about storytelling and advocacy, with a focus on raising awareness about Black women’s health, mental health, and social issues that impact her community. Beyond her academic work, Jasmine is an active writer—she contributes to HerCampus, manages a growing bookstagram page, and often expresses her creativity through poetry and journaling.
