Monday: Post-Weekend Detox Juice
- ½ cup of orange juice
- 2 tbsp of lime juice
- Handful of spinach
- One baby cucumber
- A handful of frozen pineapples

A little bitter but definitely made me feel more energized after a long weekend.
Tuesday: Protein-Packed Shake
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- Half cup of unsweetened oat milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- Ice

Great for post-workouts because this smoothie is packed with protein which builds muscle and heals muscle tears.
Wednesday: Tropical Fruit Concoction
- Handful of frozen mangos
- Handful of frozen strawberries
- Half a banana
- Handful of frozen pineapple

A delicious and energizing taste while also providing you with multiple servings of fruit. This option is great for gut health.
Thursday: Antioxidizing Berry Mix
- Handful of frozen strawberries
- Handful of blueberries
- Handful of raspberries

A little sour but it helped me stay focused and alert the whole day. Really good after a night out as it cleanses the liver and replenishes good gut bacteria.

- Half an avocado

- 3 tbsp of honey

Fast and easy to make. Tastes creamy and it’s very healthy, however, a bit bland.
Saturday: Breakfast Smoothie
- ¼ cup of oats
- ½ milk
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Half a banana
- 1 tbsp instant coffee (optional)
- Sprinkle granola bits on the top

Very tasty and filling. Makes for a highly nutritious breakfast.
Sunday: Kylie Jenner Matcha Mix
- 1 cup of vanilla oat milk
- 1 tbsp of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp of bone broth powder
- 2 tbsp of matcha
- Honey
- Coconut shavings on top

Very delicious and healthy, but it has a funny aftertaste.
