Any college student will tell you one of the best things about going home is the homemade meals. Even better: the delicious dishes on Thanksgiving Day. After the plates and plates of stuffing, turkey and gravy and bowls of apple crisp you may be feeling very happy, tired and sluggish. Get back into the swing of things with these fast and easy workouts, after all there plenty more holidays coming.  

1. Cardio for all those Carbs

2. Toning for that Turkey
