When life gets busy, finding time to go to the gym and workout becomes almost impossible. But with the help of a few workouts that are under 30 minutes and require no equipment, you can squeeze in time to take care of those growing midterm muffin-tops (Kidding, I know you’re all super hot even during midterm season)!
