How to Study Break Like a Champion!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Old Westbury chapter.

Let’s be real by admitting that studying sucks! Midterms bring a load of stress that can be really hard to handle. You don’t want to fail, and there’s so much to study you’re not even sure where to start. Some of us don’t know that it’s important to take a break from time to time. Take a one-hour spa break doing simple facial mask facial masks are so relaxing. For a moment, there are no midterms or chances of failure. There is just relaxation!

First step is to play a movie of your choice! Don’t watch a TV show, because sometimes it’s hard to stop. We’re not Netflix binging here, just taking a break!

Next step is to make a DIY detoxifying clay mask. It’s easy breezy!

Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with two tablespoons of an organic clay powder of your choice. This mask will help clear you skin of impurities. Rinse it out after it is semi dry with warm water.

Step two is to make a hydrating mask with honey and avocado!

Mix haft and avocado and two tablespoons of honey! Avocado is good for you skin because it contains vitamin C, vitamin E and it’s a great source of antioxidant that leaves you skin super moisturize. It feels so good! Rinse after 15 minutes with warm water.  Your skin will be smooth!

Eat a healthy snack, drink some water and you will feel like brand new to go back to your studies.

Note: I tried this before writing about it. Hopefully it helps you as much as it helps me!
