10-Minute Full Body Workout

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Jax State chapter.

Here at Jax State I teach a fun, but intense fitness class and it has gotten a lot of notice from my peers who attend the class. My Sculpt and Tone class focuses on the full body, but also as women we collectively want to focus on toning the glutes, abs, and legs. So here is a snippet into my class, a 10-minute full body workout. Enjoy! 


Legs:

1. Reg. Squats (2 sets of 45 seconds)


2. Tik Tok Lunges (2 sets of 35 seconds)

3. Curtsy Lunges + Kick-Side (2 sets of 15 seconds

4. Flat Back Squat (2 sets of 10)

5. Wide Squats + Knee up (2 Sets of 10)

Abs(Floor):

1. 20 Reg. Sit Ups


2. 6 inches (3 sets of 15 seconds)

3. 15 Reverse Crunches

4. Jacknife (10)


5. Plank (40 seconds)

Arms:

1. Reg. Push Ups (10)

2. Diamond Push Ups (10)
