Yoga is one of the most accessible exercises I practice. It can be done easily from the comfort of your own home and requires relatively little equipment. One of the challenges I find when I’m practicing on my own is finding a playlist that isn’t too stimulating but isn’t too boring either. After going through my music with a fine-tooth comb, this is the playlist I came up with:
Slip Sliding Away – Imaginary Future
Rather Be – Marc Sciblia
Chasing Cars – The Wind and The Wave
Bad Blood (feat. Luke Preston) [Acoustic] – Megan Davis
As Long as You Love Me – Sleeping at Last
I’m Like a Bird – John Adams
I Took a Pill in Ibiza – Grace Grundy
I Wanna Dance With Somebody – Matt Alber
Dancing On My Own – Jacob Wellfair
Never Gonna Give You Up – Hannah Trigwell
Paris (feat. Ashlynn) – Adam Christopher
Mercy – Ella Poletti
I was Made For Loving You/Please Don’t Say You Love Me – Gardiner Sisters & Kina Grannis
I Don’t Wanna Live Forever – Past Midnight
Wake Me Up – Beth
Home/Dirty Paws – Gardiner Sisters
Little Talks – Julia Sheer & Jon D.
Silence (feat Khalid) – Marshmello
Eastside (Acoustic) – benny blanco, Halsey & Khalid
Acoustic – Billy Raffoul
Rainy Forgiveness – Changed Habits
Bonus: The album ‘Tell All My Friends’ By Will Regan and United Pursuit is a great Christian worship album to listen to alongside practicing yoga.
