Yoga on the Field is a workout revolution that gives people the experience to participate in a large fitness class at a place that they love. It also creates an environment that welcomes people from all different fitness backgrounds, so no matter if you are a skilled athlete or a total couch potato, you can still be involved with the event! Yoga on the Field and many other fitness-related activities are presented to Florida State through FSU Experiology. This hour-long yoga experience will give you the perfect chance to relax and rejuvenate before the finals madness begins.

The event will begin at 8 a.m. inside of the Dunlap Outdoor Practice Facility which is located right outside of FSU’s baseball stadium. Students of Florida State will receive free admission with a valid gold FSU I.D. and by registering for the event on the Campus Rec app which can be downloaded here. Those who are not current students at FSU are still welcome to join in on the activity but will have to purchase a ticket for $10. This ticket can be bought online before Saturday, Nov. 9 through the Eventbrite website, but walk-ups will be welcome too. Those who are planning on buying a ticket the morning of should be aware that they will only be admitted if space permits so make sure to come early and secure a spot before they’re all gone! Credit card payments will only be accepted for both online and in person purchases. Parking will be provided for those commuting from off-campus and it is encouraged that drivers park outside of the Moore Athletic Center in Lot 1. Attendees should enter the training facility through the northwest gate across from the Pensacola St. Tunnel. You should also remember to bring all of your yoga essentials as well! Don’t forget a yoga mat, water bottle, towel and that super cute athleisure outfit you can finally put to use.
