Quarantine Kitchen: Molten Brownie Mug Recipe

Quarantine life has turned us all into chefs, painters, TikTokers and more. If you’ve caught the baking bug like many others and are looking for something new, check out this super easy and delicious recipe!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp salt

4 1/2 tbsp flour 

1 tbsp sugar

1/4 cup chocolate 

1.5 tbsp butter 

1/4 cup brown sugar 

Directions:

Microwave chocolate and butter for approximately 1 minute or until melted. Stir.
Add white and brown sugars. Mix.
Combine liquid ingredients. Mix.
Add dry ingredients. Mix.
Toss in any mix-ins you desire (optional),
Put batter in an oven-safe cup and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Let cool for ten minutes.
