We’ve grown up in a time when reality TV has really stolen the spotlight and given people something to vote and bond over. Social media, more than anything, has helped boost this and even created full-on content careers for some people. Alix Earle, a TikTok celebrity and influencer, has a different story and path.
Her family now has their own reality TV show, Earle Meets World. Much like the Kardashian-style, we get an inside scoop on their everyday lives and what this crazy family bunch is like behind closed doors.
Who Are the Earles?
Alix Earle attended the University of Miami, where she exploded on social media and established herself as a highly influential figure for young girls through her makeup videos, acne struggles discourse, and her partying side as a college student.
Alix Earle is originally from Monmouth County, New Jersey, where her father, Thomas “TJ” Earle, runs a highly successful construction company. TJ Earle is currently married to Ashley Earle, formerly known as Ashley Dupré, who gained media notoriety due to an alleged involvement with the former governor of New York, Eliot Spitzer, in the early 2000s.
More than anything, Alix Earle’s family history is currently highlighted in the media because of the way in which TJ and Ashley Earle started their relationship. The two were caught meeting by paparazzi while TJ Earle was still married to Alix and Ashtin Earle’s mother, Alisa Maniaci.
Currently, TJ and Ashley Earle have three more children: Izabel, Penelope, and Thomas. Alongside the bumpy past of their parents, the Earle children have become the main attraction. Starting with the oldest sister duo, Alix and Ashtin, the younger bunch of Earle siblings have garnered additional attention from the public, leading to the family’s brand-new show, Earle Meets World, which launched on Sept. 4, 2026, on Netflix.
Some viewers might feel Earle Meets World is something close to the Kardashian family dynamic, where viewers get an insight into an influential family and their personal lives outside of the social media posts and paparazzi sightings.
This family dynamic is especially unique, yet so similar to what we know of the famous Kardashian family. Much like Kris Jenner as the Kardashian family “momager,” TJ Earle is the “dadager” for Alix and Ashtin Earle through brand deals and collaborations. The family has multiple impressive ventures with brands such as Poppi, Cymbiotika, and the founding of Alix Earle’s own skincare brand, Reale Actives.
Alix Earle doesn’t just stop at brands; she also gives back through her personal scholarship at the University of Miami, where her online presence and media career began. She also founded a charitable community initiative called Serving in Heels, which brings people together to cook, package, and distribute meals to underserved populations.
Earle Meets World
This first season of Earle Meets World recapped the family vacationing in Colorado and briefly touched on the split between Alix Earle and NFL player Braxton Berrios. The couple broke up in December 2025 after dating for two and a half years.
The family’s unscripted reality TV show has one season on Netflix containing eight episodes so far. The family, with its messy past, has caught viewers by surprise with its dynamic and seemingly healthy relationship with one another, including Ashley Earle and Maniaci, as well as Maniaci’s long-term partner, Todd Galski.
The first season leaves viewers on a cliffhanger, making fans question if she and Berrios have a possibility of rekindling. Similarly to Keeping Up with the Kardashians, there’s no set date for the release of the next season, but we’re left on edge as to what Berrios replied to Alix Earle.
