MONDAY

Today was a very successful day in my books because I spent no money on anything all day long. This was a result of cooking and getting a free chapter dinner from my sorority.

Tuesday

Today on this fabulous day of love I did spend some money throughout the day

12PM: Speedway on campus is a popular spot for multiple organizations to table and sell various things. There were lots of organizations selling Valentine’s Day goodies which caused me to cave and buy a donut which was $2.

Wednesday

10 PM: I was on my way to a study date and stopped at Cane’s. I got the Box combo to share with my friend and they got gyro. In total, the Canes was around $12.

Thursday

10 PM: This evening I was heading to a dating event for my sorority. We took a Fetti which is sort of a party van. In total, my ride was $5 and I got a ride back from my friend.

Friday

3:00 PM: Today I claimed a birthday gift offer from Buffalo Wild Wings which were 6 free wings. They still charge a takeout fee so I paid $1.07 for my birthday wings.

Saturday

Today was a pretty successful day of using my groceries and not spending any money.

Sunday

6:00 PM: Sunday was a bit of an expensive day because I needed to buy some groceries which were $30 and I pumped gas which was $20. In total, I spent $50 for the whole day.

In total, I spent $70.07 for the week which I would like to think is not a typical week for me, but as a strong advocate for getting a little treat every day, I’m sure this is somewhat a typical week for me. In conclusion, I think this was a very beneficial evaluation of myself and shows me that I can’t quit my job anytime soon.

Hello! I am a psychology major at UT Austin and am super excited for this semester.
