Fans Think Kim Used North’s TikTok To Send Pete & Emrata A Cryptic Message

Kim Kardashian has had her fair share of relationships in the public eye, but her most recent romance with Pete Davidson had fans watching their every move. Consequently, fans were on the lookout for any rumors or shade following their breakup in August. So, when news came out about Davidson and Emily Ratajkowski being in a potential relationship, fans were quick to jump on any easter eggs, including North West’s TikTok page.

North, Kardashian’s oldest daughter, has become quite the TikTok sensation. From her hair tutorials to lip-syncing videos with her mom, fans love the behind-the-scenes content of the famous family to the point that viewers are diving deep into possible hidden meanings behind the @kimandnorth TikTok page. Fans are speculating the mother-daughter duo sent a cryptic message to Davidson and his new rumored girlfriend in a recent TikTok, and the way they did it was iconic.

Lip-syncing to Ariana Grande’s “Santa Tell Me” was not just a coincidence, according to fans.

The dating rumors about Davidson and Emrata broke on Nov. 14 when celebrity gossip account Deuxmoi posted a screenshot of an anonymous report that the two had gone on a date. On the same day, Kardashian and North posted a TikTok lip-syncing to Ariana Grande’s “Santa Tell Me.” Sure, they could just be getting into the Christmas spirit, but let’s backtrack a little.

Grande dated and got engaged to Davidson back in 2018. However, just a few months after their engagement, the pair called it quits. Then, Kardashian and Davidson got into a relationship in 2021. This is where it gets messy. Before Kardashian and Davidson ever dated, she and Grande were close friends — Kardashian is an Arianator at heart. Some fans think this TikTok could just be a display of Kardashian’s love for Grande, but others think it’s more complicated than that. I mean, out of all the Christmas songs, Kardashian chose one by her ex’s ex-fiance. Fans aren’t letting this potential shade slip by.

Social media is buzzing with speculations. One TikTok video suggested Kardashian could be choosing sides when it comes to her ex’s relationships (sorry, Emrata!) by choosing a Grande song to sing along to. One fan backed up this theory on Twitter by saying, “Kim K is using Ariana Grande on TikTok, oh it’s happening.” Other fans are hoping this is a sign Grande and Kardashian are anti-Davidson and will reunite soon. One thing about the Kardashian-Jenner clan: Nothing is just a coincidence.

Fans think Kardashian was the mastermind behind this TikTok.

If you’ve seen North’s TikTok, then you probably know she is the queen of speeding up her clips. It isn’t a North TikTok video if you’re not dizzy by the end of it. So, when Kardashian and North dropped the regularly-timed lip-syncing video, fans were quick to predict that this was Kardashian’s idea. With the timing of Davidson’s relationship news, the song choice, and Kardashian potentially being the mastermind behind the TikTok, it all seems a little… fishy.

Other fans have taken a completely different perspective on this TikTok. One fan came to TikTok to claim North was forced to do this video because she’s been making too many with her nanny. Leave it to the internet sleuths to overanalyze.

I never knew one Christmas song could cause so much commotion, but I’m here for it. Even if the TikTok wasn’t a cryptic message towards Davidson, I’m still holding out hope for a Grande-Kardashian reunion soon.
