    At first, staying healthy in college seems like a breeze. Free access to the Athletic & Fitness Center, free yoga classes, and plenty of nutritious dining hall entrees provide all of the tools necessary to live well. Unfortunately, somewhere between first year orientation and finals week, many well-planned routines disappear. We spoke with Aimee Woods CHHC, AADP, a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach and Founder of Embody Natural Health, to get advice on sustaining a healthy lifestyle in college.
