Good evening collegiettes™!
I’m currently sitting at work with the smell of fresh, greasy pizza lingering throughout the lobby. No, I did not partake in the pizza and quite honestly I wasn’t interested. I’ve been doing great with fighting temptation and there is no reason to give in now.
I woke up this morning, ate a bowl of Cheerios with a sliced banana and hit the gym. Today, I conquered Jillian Michaels elliptical workout and finished with abs and leg exercises. For lunch, I ate english muffin pizzas with 1 cup of grapes. It was so yummy. For dinner, I grilled a thin piece of boneless sirloin steak with 1 cup of green bean with an orange for dessert.

I love my new lifestyle. I have so much energy and I feel incredibly strong. I don’t have any urge to eat unhealthy foods or to dodge workouts. In fact, I’m putting all of my focus into working out this break, since my class schedule isn’t holding me back.
So far I’ve been achieving my three goals this week. Yay for me!
