Hey collegiettes! Unfortunately, this week I do not have any weight loss to report, but the good news is that I do not have any weight gain to report either! I am not discouraged from losing zero pounds because I know I am making healthy choices that will pay off in the future. I also can feel myself becoming fitter and getting into better shape. The scale does not always show all the changes!
After a long day, working out can be the last thing that’s on your mind. Sometimes all you need for that extra oomph is a solid playlist! Enjoy the rest of your week!!! Tomorrow, the New York Times crossword puzzle editor, Will Shortz, is coming to speak at Amherst, so that should be interesting to listen to!
P.S. Check out these colorful cupcakes they were giving out on the quad today– so tempting, but I’m so happy I didn’t eat one!
