This feeling of euphoria isn’t something I made up in my head to go on an online shopping spree either! Research shows that cardio gives you a feeling of euphoria.

At a study conducted at the University of Georgia, anger-inducing images where shows to subjects before and after cardio. When shown after cardio, they felt less angry than when they before their workout!

I’m feeling lighter and loving it. I can feel my waist slowly shrinking away and it uh-mazing. In fact, this light feeling has even inspired me to go a little lighter… in the hair color department.
