Fall is my favorite season. It’s the season when you start seeing the colorful leaves and beautiful trees. This is also the season that I find myself baking often. I love baking because it’s a relaxing hobby and you also get to make delicious treats. Although Thanksgiving has passed, you still have the chance to make the following treats for Halloween and Christmas!

Crustless Pumpkin Pie

I love anything pumpkin: pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin pie, pumpkin pancakes, and so many others. This crustless pumpkin pie lets you focus on the best part, the actual pie. I would make this for after dinner or for a snack to have while watching a movie. It’s also a great treat to bring if you’re visiting friends or family.

Pumpkin Spice Buns

Put a little twist on your cinnamon buns and add pumpkin spice to them! Add vanilla glaze to turn up the sweetness on this delicious treat. It’s the perfect treat to bring around to a relative’s house for a family dinner. I also love making cinnamon rolls as a treat so I would make these pumpkin spice buns if I’m just craving something sweet.

Baked Apples with Cider Butter Sauce

These slow cooked apples are great for a dinner party with friends and family. The sweet butter sauce adds great flavor and pairs well with vanilla ice cream. Optionally, you can also top this dessert with whipped cream.

Cinnamon and Pecan Coffee Cake

This cake is great to have in the morning with your cup of coffee and also serves as a great snack to bring to school if you have a morning class and don’t have enough time to make breakfast.

Cinnamon Apple Cheesecake

With an oat and walnut crust along with some cinnamon spice apple slices on top of this delicious creamy cheesecake, this dessert would be a great option for a dinner party. I’ve never tried this twist of apple slices and cheesecake before but after reading this recipe, I definitely want to try it.
