Creatures watch over me.

They know what I fear most.

They know how to bring me to my knees.

They know what is wrong,

But it is right for them.

They haunt my dreams,

Make me crave what I know is not real.

They feed me false realities,

Just to raise my hopes;

Loaves of bread to feast on later.

My mind is their energy source.

It is there for them to perch on

Like the crows they are.

I wish there to be eight

So they may stop feeding on my fears,

Like crumbs in a park.

The breadcrumbs are my fears.

Each one small, but there are so many

And each one can feed the crows.

English and Graphic Design Major from Westport, Indiana. Grew up on a goat/cattle farm. My hobbies are writing (duh), photography, painting, Netflix, and taking apart old cameras and making floral arrangements from them. I did also work at a flower shop.
