10 Easy Fall/Halloween Baking Ideas

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at WVU chapter.

If you have a Halloween party coming up, enjoy baking for fun when you’re bored (like me), or you and your girlfriends are having a scary movie night marathon; check out these fun and super easy dessert ideas that are perfect for this time of year.

1. Ghost Pretzels

Not only are these the cutest chocolate covered pretzels I’ve ever seen, but they are also extremely easy to make. They require only 4 ingredients and take a total of 30 minutes to make. You can’t be afraid of these ghosts!

2. No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake (In a Mason Jar)

You obviously can’t go wrong with something pumpkin flavored! If you need to whip up a quick dessert or simply don’t have the patience to wait for something to bake in the oven, then definitely check out this recipe.  There’s no waiting involved, so you can start shoving your face as soon as you’re finished filling the jar.

3. Cinnamon Whiskey Hard Cider Cocktail Cupcakes

What’s better than cupcakes and alcohol? Cupcakes MADE with alcohol! Yup, you heard me. These tasty treats include Fireball and Angry Orchard as 2 of the ingredients. I think I’m in love. I’ll take 5… or the whole batch.

4. Candy Corn Jell-O

Unfortunately, these Jell-O shots aren’t infused with alcohol (I know it’s sad), but they’re still delicious! You don’t even have to be a candy corn lover to enjoy it.

6. S’mores Pops

Personally, I don’t like the mess that comes along with making s’mores. Who really wants to be left with sticky white stuff all over their face and fingers? No thanks. Luckily, these s’mores pops taste just as heavenly, and there’s no mess!
