The 6 Phases of Realization During Exam SZN

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Western chapter.

With midterms, exams, and essay deadlines quickly approaching, school is getting a little more than stressful. Exam SZN looks like all day and night at Weldon, having fashion style resembling a sloth, and eating pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinner. When exam SZN hits (much like a truck), you begin to realise a few things…

 1. You realize you have an exam scheduled on the last possible day.

2. You realize that you can’t party anymore because you have to study (bye bye Frog Friday).

3. You realize you haven’t done any of the readings and the exam is cumulative.

4. You realize you now have to study/finish essays with super speed because you procrastinated a little too close for comfort to their deadlines.

5. You realize that your only breaks from studying are eating and sleeping (so you manage to indulge with a lot of one and a little of the other).

6. You realize the exam is in 20 minutes so you have to come to terms with going in and giving the best of your ability!

Wishing everyone a safe and successful exam SZN!
