My past has been a battle of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, etc. These are all things that I am trying to recover from at the moment and on the harder days, I need a reminder of what I’m after. I find it helpful to have quotes written in random places for myself; quotes, while they won’t be able to “fix” your mental health, can act as a little bit of a boost when needed. Here are some quotes that I like to live by:

We all need reminders every now and then, especially through recovery. It’s not going to be easy, It’s not going to be overnight, but you WILL get there. It takes a building up of strength, the strength to push off what’s been holding you down, and I know you can do it!
