Guys, it’s cold but summer is right around the corner, so I’m bringing you a drink that will remind you of the warm months to come. Below is the recipe for a super easy Peach Martini brought to you by 3yummytummies.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Skyy Vodka

  • 1.5 oz. Peach Liqueur

  • 1 cup of Fresh Peaches, peeled (I prefer frozen while peaches aren’t in season)

  • ½ cup crushed ice

  • ¼ cup raspberries

  • 3 Tbsp. cranberry Juice

Instructions

  1. Add peaches, vodka, peach liqueur and ice to blender, blend until smooth (omit ice if using frozen peaches)

  2. Pour into Martini glass

  3. Add raspberries and cranberry juice to blender, blend until smooth

  4. Pour raspberry mixture through a sieve to get out the seeds

  5. With a teaspoon, swirl about 2 Tbsp. of the raspberry mixture into the peach mixture

  6. Optional: Garnish with fresh mint

Pro tip: chill your Martini glasses 3-4 hours before you make this drink.
