Lately, I have been hearing November is the Thursday of the year. Not sure why that makes sense but it does. It seems like all the procrastinating is catching up with us causing us to be completely stressed out. It is so much easier to preach on how bad procrastination is than to actually stop procrastinating. For the couple times, that I did not procrastinate I felt one of the greatest stress-free moments in my life. For example, when I do laundry I usually do not fold and put away until days later. However, I washed clothes and had folded them within the laundry room. I was so happy with the wise decision making that I took a nap.

Next, we have tons of assignments piling upon us. Even though we brought this on ourselves, it feels good to blame procrastination. So, if you have been procrastinating say to yourself, “Well it’s not my fault”. Trust me, you will feel so much better and might even chuckle. The good thing about procrastination is it motivates you to keep going until you get your work done. I remember I had a 5-page essay due at 11:59 pm. My plan was to take a quick nap and wake up around 8 to finish the paper. I kid you not, I woke up and it was around 10:15ish. However, the fear of failing cause me to finish that bad boy and turn it in on time. My advice when you have tons of assignments piling up on you, take a shower, eat a snack and begin to work. LOL.

Lastly, it is also that point in the semester where single people wish they weren’t single. With the Holidays coming up and every getting jolly holly, having a man seems so nice. Sometimes you just want to be touched. Sometimes I want a man to slap my ass and hold my hand. I want to take cute pictures in front of Christmas Trees. I get it. We all feel this way at times. My advice is to download a dating app. Smile more at your crushes. Ultimately put yourself out there, I mean who cares? Live life to the fullest. Get your mans, girl!
