1. Wash your face. 

Washing your face once when you wake up and again before bed with warm water and a gentle cleanser will decrease bacteria and oil. Always remove make-up before bed. Be careful not to over wash or scrub, which can cause irritation.

 

2. Don’t pop pimples.

As annoying as that huge, pulsating pimple on your chin may be, do not give in to the temptation of popping it. This can lead to further damage!

 

3. Avoid touching your face.

Always wash your hands before touching your face and clean things that touch your face often, such as your phone screen, before and after use.

 

4. Take good care of your hair.

Keep your hair clean and out of your face to prevent oil from clogging your pores.

 

5. Protect your skin.

Always wear sunscreen and be cautious when tanning!
