This Campus Cutie loves traveling, her job (oh!) and cats!
Hometown:Â I was born in Merrill, WI, but I moved around a lot so I consider many different places and states my home. I graduated high school from a small school in Stratford, WI, so I guess we can just call that my hometown.Â
Year at UW-L/graduation date: I will be graduating this December. It’s scary and exciting all at the same time!
Major/minors: Marketing major
Relationship status: Happily taken <3Â
What are you involved with on campus/in the community? I’m not overly involved other than my job so I’ll talk about that here quick. I spend my time split between classes and work. I work at a really great advertising agency, Metre, here in downtown La Crosse.
Describe your perfect Friday night: As much fun as it can be going out on Friday nights to the bars, I think some of my most memorable Friday nights are just when my roommates and I all stay in, order pizza, and just hang out together. We love binge watching Netflix together and just lounging. It may not seem that exciting, but really it is!Â
What is your favorite pet: Cats! I love cats. It’s actually a small (okay, maybe large) obsession. I love dogs too though, especially pugs, corgis, and French bulldogs.Â
Describe yourself in three words: Loving, sassy, funÂ
Surprising fact about you: I have lived in 7 states, so I guess that’s fun. Â
The farthest you’ve traveled? This past summer I studied abroad in England. I was in a cute little area on the edge of London called Kingston, and it was the best experience of my life. While I was there I explored all over London and fell in love with the city. I, also, visited Madrid and Barcelona, Spain, as well as Milan, Italy.Â
If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you most want to go? This is a tough one! I think my wanderlust has really increased since my travels this summer, and honestly, I think like most people I just really want to see the world and experience as much as possible. Some of my top destinations would include Greece and Paris (because who hasn’t dreamt of going there).Â
What are you going to miss most about La Crosse? One of the things I am going to miss most once I leave La Crosse is not living with my best friends anymore and not being in the same place as them. I think we’ve all gotten so used to being together all of the time that it’s going to be quite an adjustment.Â
Â
What is your dream job? Well, so far I’ve been working in advertising and I love it, so I think I plan to continue pursuing that route.
How does it feel to be featured as Campus Cutie? Oh, I just feel honored of course!Â
