We asked our readers to select the cutest couple of campus, which turns out is Hayden-Anne Breedlove and Cayman Bowles! The two met during their senior year of high school in AP Statistics when they both had to stay after to make up a quiz. He asked her to be his girlfriend on top of the Empire State Building and they’ve been together since!

Hayden-Anne Breedlove: 2nd year, Politics and French major, History minor

Cayman Bowles: 2nd year, Undecided Major

What is your favorite thing about each other?

Hayden-Anne: He’s really funny! He can alwys make me laugh and put a smile on my face.

Cayman: I like how Hayden-Anne’s still a little kid at heart. It makes things fun and she could brighten anyone’s day. She’s also really kind hearted. She tries to make everyone happy all the time.

What would you say is the best thing about your relationship?

Hayden-Anne: I can be myself, whatever myself happens to be that day, good bad or indifferent, he doesn’t judge.

Cayman: No matter the day or circumstance, we can have a good time doing anything.

Have you had to overcome any obstacles in your relationship?

Hayden-Anne: Cayman goes to school in Richmond so we only get to see each other on the weekends typically.

What did the two of your do for Valentine’s day?

We went to dinner, saw the new movie, “Endless Love,” and made chocolate dipped strawberries. It was a lot of fun. This was our third Valentine’s day together and each year is always something new!

Any advice for other couples out there?

Hayden-Anne: You don’t always have to be right and there’s always another side to the story, so always be willing to listen to it.

Cayman: When in doubt, buy her cheese fries. (or Diet Coke)
