The first few weeks back to school can be a bit overwhelming. If you’re trying to find your groove again these tips are for you.

Music

Having background music while studying can help drown out the noise around you. Spotify has some good playlist for studying such as Chillhop music and Study Zone.

Good Lighting

Natural lighting isn’t just necessary for a good selfie, but for studying as well! If you’re trying to study in dim lighting your body is more likely to slow down. Try studying in places with a lot of windows or bright lighting to increase your productivity.

Setting

Try not to study in the same place every time. Switch things up every once in a while. If you usually study in the library, go to a coffee shop instead. If you usually study in your room try going somewhere on campus like the Student Union. Background noise can also help you concentrate as opposed to total silence.

Apply these tips and you will be on your way to having a hot girl semester!

Austinite, iced coffee, and dogs!
